At R A Parker we specialise in building construction and property development, and are situated in Soberton, Hampshire.

We cover approximately a ten mile radius around Soberton, mainly based around the West Meon and Alresford area. We are a family run, rural firm offering a specialised local service with a personal touch. Many of our customers have been working with us for over 25 years.

The company was founded by Robert Parker on the 12th June 1998 as a sole trader. After a successful first few years working mainly for other trades in the housing and commercial markets the company was incorporated as a limited company on the 29th May 2002.

Since then the company has enjoyed continued growth over the years resulting in the purchase of our own commercial yard in 2004. We now own our fleet of plant including a range of excavators, rollers, dumpers, compaction equipment, concrete finishers and various vehicles.

R A Parker has always prided itself on the performance of our staff. We have a reliable team of employees, and we work with a number of hand-picked sub-contractors to ensure that all work is performed to a very high standard.

Louise Parker, Rob’s wife, takes care of all the administration ensuring that Rob is free to be out on site as much as possible.

We have a well established client base, in which we have maintained our positive reputation. Our jobs are protected with public liability insurance of up to £10,000,000.
